Product description

This recall involves a face paint set that contains 10 crayons of various colours. This product can be identified by the item number HA1056 and the universal product code (UPC) 064049440562 located at the back of the package.

Hazard identified

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that this item contains high levels of lead. The use of the product on the face near the mouth can result in the product being accidentally ingested and cause harmful levels of lead to accumulate in the body. Excessive levels of lead can lead to serious health problems.

Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or illnesses related to the use of this product.
